Lots of Peaches & Burrata


Quick post today, sharing some salad inspiration.

It’s been 96+ degrees lately in NY and  I am not allowed to apartment cook unless its under 80. So depressing. So lots of salads this week and my favorite is with peaches and burrata.

SUPER easy: Arugula, endive, ripe peaches, red onion, a few great cherry tomatoes, top off with some burrata (or mozzarella) and shavings of Parmesan. Then toss appreciatively with some lemon vinaigrette. I like Ina’s and often add shallots. ~Whala, meal is done. Thank god for summer produce.



That’s me and Elle below picking up some dinner she didn’t eat at Mimi Cheng’s. Amazing dumplings tho.
